For this reason, we have entered into a partnership with iSolved. iSolved offers the simplicity of a single solution for outsourcing benefits, payroll and human resource support while providing exceptional benefit choices for all full-time employees. iSolved has created a proprietary web-based portal that combines Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and HR Management Systems. Through this portal, iSolved emphasizes both employee and employer self-service.
Medical
As a full-time employee, health benefits are available to you and your eligible dependents. Employees choose from multiple medical plans the one that best fits their needs including PPO and HD plans. The selection of medical professionals offered through our health plan is vast.
Dental
We currently offer two dental plans, including orthodontics, for full-time employees. These plans are available to you and your eligible dependents.
Vision
Summit offers vision coverage to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents.
Short and Long-Term Disability
If you become disabled and are unable to work, Summit provides Short and Long-Term Disability. Short and Long-Term Disability insurance helps protect you in the event of a disability.
Life and Accidental Death
Summit provides life and accidental death insurance to all salaried employees. Supplemental life insurance is available to full-time employees and their eligible dependents for an additional cost.
401(k) & Roth 401(k)
Achieving your personal financial goals is an important part of your life. We at Summit are committed to help you reach your goals by providing you with the right wealth accumulation benefits – a 401(k) or a Roth 401(k) plan.
You can allocate contributions in a variety of investment choices with professional assistance offered in the plan. Our 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) plan is offered to all full-time employees with a generous matching of $1.00 for $1.00 for the 1st 3% and then $.50 on the $1.00 for up to additional 2%. For example, if you contribute 5% of your compensation, Summit will contribute 4% which is 100% immediately vested.
Training
Summit values and invests in its employees through a comprehensive professional development and education reimbursement program. This program allows for up to $1,000 per year towards certification exams and/or certificate-training programs that are required by the contract. For continuing education/training, Summit’s employees are eligible after six months of employment for a 50% reimbursement from one online platform such as Pluralsight, Skillsoft, Lyndia or others. Total education costs cannot exceed $1,000 per year and is subject to change per management discretion.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is a critical component of a productive workforce and we strive to offer a competitive PTO policy to compensate employees for their efforts. Full-time salaried employees are provided 15 PTO days per calendar year accrued on a bi-weekly basis. A maximum of 40 hours of PTO may be carried into the following calendar year.
